Tough Choice

Am torn
Am torn between two incompatible regions
I must choose one but,
How?

First I have God n Christianity
I love the church
And I always read my bible
God is my father and I go to Him whenever
The church is His house and it always feels like home
Nothing hard in following His commandments
I believe am kind and love everyone
Christ his son died for me and recrucifying Him is my last wish
He loves me unconditionally and will always take me back
But...
Seems am taking advantage.

I also love the world
The late night parties and booze
The guys flocking around
The smoking the chewing the...
Everything.
I know I can't mix the two
I have to choose just one...
But the worldly temptation
And the friends by my side...
Sigh
A decision needs to be made
Is it life or death?
Is it darkness or light?

I choose light
To show me the right way
So I may not blunder or go astray
I choose life
To live forever smiling and happy
In heaven am sure that's what I'll find.
