From the sheets I could feel the heat,
His breathing growing faster and heavy,
His body was shaking intensely,
I longed for my hands to stretch and touch him,
But the rhythm of his heartbeat was treading dangerously,
He woke and removed his shirt,
It was for it to go down.

Earlier in the day he had caught me with Adrain, the boy next door,
It's was just a mere unplanned talk,
Countless times he had watched us laugh like kids,
He was now insecure,
Amidst vigorous unheeded warnings,
I couldn't just a moment with Adrain,
He knew there was nothing between us,and I was loyal,
He still had his doubts.

Tonight the fury had grown fierce,
Death kept calling me at every thought,
I stood to move out of the bedroom but,
It was too late, too late to be evaded.

He grabbed my hair and banged my head on the wall,
Sharp pain ran down my spine,
He was unstoppable now,
Biting his hand I let loose,before he caught up,
The corridors were dark,
I couldn't see,
It was grave silent,
My steps echoed through the corridors,
