The Last Pain

They branded him a coward in a cowardice manner for what they thought acting cowardly,
After they saw him with ropes–
Suicidal thoughts taking the good side of him.

But he had tried his best,
He was not a failure as they mocked him,
He had not failed,
Rather he had been failed by the world.

And the ropes in his hands was the only way to terminate his agony and lay himself to rest.
He saw death not as a saddening life-ending experience,
But as a ritualistic gesture of relief.
Thus despised those who feared it.
