The African Leaders

If they knew I wrote about this,
And read through I'll be ...
For they are the lawmakers,
So they say they are made of powers and they are the powers,
But I blame you the people for your silence ,

Mine is the truth and am made of truth for I believe it will set me free even in these world of no hope,
For we are the poor Africans and am their voice,
We are tired of being thrushed every now and then,
With our opulent leaders "Moses'
Who promised to deliver us from the hands of Pharaoh and take us to Canaan to eat manna together,
Only for us to be introduced to a harsher Pharaoh and forced to feast on bitter herbs ,
But I blame you the people for your silence,

Its time they come back from Canaan to us with their sweet stupid words in their angelic voices,
After a half a decade of our suffering,
They brand themselves a new name Baba ,
This after discovering that the orphans are Fatherless,
Then divide the people by use of the young poor ,
It have become divide and rule democracy,
But I blame you the people for your silence,

Africans we need change for it is inevitable,
If its like LETS MAKE AFRICA GREAT AGAIN the better,
Though I was once told that the way of progress is neither swift nor easy ,
But let's agree to disagree from carrying truncheons to the streets barking on our fellow citizens barks,
Because of the potato from the High Priest of Corruption,
Let's forget of these tyranny leaders,
Let's not remember of when they could be tired of waiting for wars ,
And what they could dream about is smoke from the guns,
At dawn cloak points at the hour and the curling fleece of smoke is what dilated above the sky,
And the wails of the dying poor citizens will take place at night,
Only because of a piece of lead ,
And the next minute ?
Will it be there and will we be there ?
But I blame you the people for your long silence .
