He Is No More

Guests guests and more guests
All foiled up in a smile
That lasts just for a while
A sweet smile to coat the gravity of the tragedy
It worked for seconds
Then it did for minutes
And finally hours
I knew like the rest you'd come
Smile around but just for a while
In the joys of friendship
My burden I rested
Hard I tried to cloud mine memory
In the skies of playtime
Only the nimbus formed
Dark dull and low
The feeling that engulfs me
Bye Bye and more Byes
And the guests were gone
Now its me and my reality
He is no more

Sad piece. Death is a debtor who doesn't pay back.

The lines really brought out the prevailing mood. Especially the "nimbus" formation Great work
