Flashback

Its your name that makes me remember,
That evening remains sober,
After i received your call,
Had thought all was on roll,
And play our love ball,
But was to hold onto a wall.

I was resting on my seat,
My mind thinking of you,
The feeling was so deep in me,
Wished that this you knew.

You called and said it was over,
Me and you not to meet forever,
Everything between us to forget,
All my life remaining to regret,
Love between me and you,
Was now to remain a story,.

I tried all the best to beg,
For you to hold my weak leg,
A chance is all i asked,
My life for you i had risked,
But you said all had ended,
With no patches to be mended.

To my pleas you gave a deaf ear,
Though we were one for a year,
But my feelings you hurt,
I just had to lie on the mat,
Crying for what i didn't commit,
And forever to omit....

I decided to move on,
As i couldn't forever mourn,
Had thought i couldn't survive,
But they came to revive,
All i can say is thanks,
For they remain my top ranks,
As they were ready to comfort,
While you left in our love port....

All the best is all i can say,
With the man who made u betray,
All our love to him u did spray,
And my words remained a bray,
Am now at my best without you....
