Dark Soul

The euphoria of his screams,
fueled my desire to continue
with my unending torture,
My blood thrummed in fast,
rushing through my veins,
akin to my excitement
As I stared at him bound to the wall.
Helpless.

He was begging,
whimpering like a lost puppy,
But I knew better,
what lurked behind his,
cool, pleading gaze,
It was just a facade to
contain the evil that was leashed,
He was a monster.. they all are.

"I'm sorry", he whispered,
I just smiled in approval,
That's what they all say,
As he zeroed his eyes
on my hand,
I saw his fear and bathed in it,
As I ran the tip of my knife
along his bare stomach,
He closed his eyes,
But, No!
I wanted him to watch,
As I take his life
and drown myself in his blood,
Just like he did to her,
He made me watch,
As he took her innocence,
And just snapped her neck
Just like that.

Am never going to stop,
At first it scared me,
But now,
As I watch their blood pool,
I feel a power rush
As I drain them dry like
a withering flower in winter,
And each demise at my hands
is much sweeter,
They would have to kill me,
To make me stop.
